Wedding Day Cordination

This service is, mostly, mandatory for all of the events.

This is a “peace of mind” essential and meant for the couple that has planned a majority of their wedding and just needs help tying up loose ends and executing the wedding day.  For this service is provided 2 months prior to your event date.

Some of the main tasks are:

• Meeting with bride and groom to finalize the concept and design of the Wedding
• Finalize logistics with hired vendors, as well as ensure copies of all vendor contracts are accounted for and signed
• Schedule set up and menu tasting, as well as hair and make-up trial.
• Visit to site of both wedding and reception to go over setup
• Create list of “yet-to-dos” for the bride and groom
• Assist with seating charts, timelines for family and bridal party, and other planning documents
• Guests travel and hotel accommodations
• Rehearsal Dinner or prior events coordination
• Wedding and Reception coordination
